Welcome to PYQKart (“PYQKart”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using pyqkart.com, creating an account, or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or buy our products.

1. What we sell

PYQKart offers digital study products for placement preparation:

• Mock tests — timed, online practice papers taken on the website.
• PYQ PDF packs — downloadable question-and-answer documents.
• Prime — a single purchase that unlocks every mock test for the period stated on the Prime page at the time you buy.

Everything we sell is delivered digitally and electronically. Nothing is shipped, and there is nothing to return.

2. Nature of our content

The questions, papers and PDFs on PYQKart are compiled from publicly available sources and from the memory-based recollections of candidates who have previously appeared in placement assessments. They are meant only for practice and preparation.

• Our content is memory-based and indicative. It may not match any actual question paper word for word.
• We do not promise or guarantee that any question will appear in a future assessment, or that our mock tests reproduce a company’s real test exactly.
• PYQKart is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any company named on this website, including TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Wipro, HCLTech and others. All company names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the assessment a product prepares you for.

3. No guarantee of results

Our products are study aids. We make no representation or warranty that using them will help you clear any assessment, get an interview call, or get a job. Your preparation and your outcome remain your own responsibility.

4. Your account

• You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping it secure.
• Before you can attempt a purchased mock test we may ask you to verify an Indian mobile number with a one-time password (OTP). This is a check that each account belongs to a real person; it is not used for marketing.
• You must be 18 or older to create an account and buy. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must set up the account, buy on your behalf and supervise your use.
• Your account and its purchases are for you alone. Sharing a login, or letting other people use your purchases, is not allowed.

5. Prices, coupons & payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees. The amount shown on the cart and checkout screens, after any discount, is the amount you pay. We may change prices at any time; a change never affects an order you have already paid for.
• Payments are handled by third-party payment gateways (currently Razorpay). We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking passwords.
• Coupons and offers apply only to the products and the dates they name, may require a minimum number of packs in the cart, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or limited in number at any time. Offers such as “buy two or more” are calculated automatically at checkout; the discount you see before paying is the discount you get.
• Your access is granted once the payment is confirmed to us by the payment gateway. This is usually within moments; if the confirmation is delayed, your order stays pending and access follows as soon as it arrives.

6. Access & validity

• Each product is available to the purchasing account for the validity period shown for that product when you buy it (for Prime, the term stated on the Prime page). When the period ends, access ends. You can see what you own, and when each product expires, on your Purchases page.
• Prime is a one-time purchase for a fixed term. It does not renew automatically and we do not store your payment details to charge you again.
• We may add, update, improve or reorganise the papers inside a product, and we will always try to keep a product at least as useful as when you bought it.

7. No cancellations, no refunds

All sales are final. Because our products are digital and are made available to you as soon as your payment is confirmed, an order cannot be cancelled and the amount paid is non-refundable and non-transferable once the order is paid. In particular, we do not refund or exchange a purchase because:

• you changed your mind, bought the wrong pack, or no longer need it;
• you have not used, or have only partly used, the product;
• the questions you saw in a real assessment were different from our content (see sections 2 and 3);
• you were not shortlisted, did not clear an assessment, or the assessment dates or pattern changed; or
• your access ended because the validity period was over, or because we suspended it for a breach of these Terms.

Please read the product description and check the exam and year before you pay.

Payment problems are different. If money has left your account but your order shows as unpaid and your access has not been granted within 24 hours, or if you were charged more than once for the same order, write to us at [email protected] with the order or payment reference. We will either activate the access you paid for or, where the charge was a duplicate or the order cannot be fulfilled, return that amount to the original payment method. Banks and payment gateways usually take a few working days to show it. That is the correction of an error, not a refund for a product you received.

Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement.

8. Licence & acceptable use

A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own preparation, for the validity period. You may not:

• share, resell, lend, redistribute, upload or publish our PDFs, questions, mock tests, answers or download links, in whole or in part;
• use our content for commercial training, coaching or repackaging, or to build a competing product;
• copy, scrape, record or systematically extract content, or use bots or scripts to do so;
• use more than one person’s attempts under a single account, cheat the platform’s timers or rules, or attempt to bypass phone verification, payment or access checks;
• misuse the website, probe or attack it, or try to reach another user’s data.

If you break these rules we may suspend or end your access and account without notice and without a refund, and we may take action under applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

The compilation, organisation, design, software and presentation of everything on PYQKart belong to us or our licensors. All trademarks, logos and company names referred to belong to their respective owners. Buying a product does not transfer any ownership in it.

10. Third-party services

We rely on third parties to run the site, including Google (sign-in, database, analytics, phone verification), Razorpay (payments), Cloudflare (delivery and security) and an email service for invoices. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their outages or acts. How they handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Availability

We work to keep the site available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or reasons beyond our control. A short interruption does not entitle you to a refund or an extension, although we may, at our discretion, extend access if a long outage stopped you from using a product.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PYQKart is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including exam outcomes, lost opportunities or data loss, arising from the use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Grievance redressal

If you have a complaint about an order, a product, or anything on the website, contact our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours of receiving it and aim to resolve it within one month, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules. Please include your registered email and, for an order, the order or payment reference. You may also use the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or approach the appropriate Consumer Commission; these Terms do not take away that right.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the new version here with a revised date. The version in force when you pay is the one that applies to that purchase; using the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms for future use.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
